​Dr. Dominguez and his staff at Let's Smile Dental in Alexandria are hands down the best! I’ve been a loyal patient for years because they consistently deliver fantastic service. During my routine cleaning yesterday, Dr. Dominguez caught and repaired minor cracks in three of my teeth before they could become major, painful problems. ​The front desk team and assistants are always efficient, professional, and welcoming. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing experience with my dental treatment! Dr. Dominguez did an excellent job, and I’m extremely happy with the results. He was professional, patient, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire treatment. I also want to give a special thank you to Randy, the dental assistant, who helped Dr. Dominguez during my treatment. Randy was incredibly nice, friendly, respectful, and professional. She did a wonderful job assisting throughout the treatment and helped make the entire experience comfortable and stress-free. I truly appreciate all of her hard work! I also want to give a big thank you to the two receptionists at the front desk. They were both very kind, respectful, welcoming, and attentive. They listened carefully to everything I had to say and were always helpful whenever I had questions or needed assistance. Everyone at the office was wonderful and made me feel comfortable and cared for. I’m extremely happy with my treatment and the results. I truly appreciate the excellent care and service from the entire team. Thank you so much, Dr. Dominguez, Randy, the two receptionists, and the entire team! You all did an amazing job! 🦷❤️⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ms. Randy and Dr. Dominguez were the sweetest!! Ms. Randy explained everything thoroughly and made me super comfortable with my procedure - not to mention she’s hilarious as well. Dr. Dominguez is very light-handed with equipment, I barely felt discomfort, only with the wedges, but that’s bound to happen. Overall, I recommend this dentistry as they are professional when they need to be and very sweet and comforting throughout the way. Amazing experience!!

I have been coming here for years! Dr. Dominguez is very helpful & always recommends the best treatments. Randy & Filipe were rockstars and made me feel comfortable the entire time!

Excellent pediatric dental office! Dr. Do is friendly and kind. He does a great job making his patients feel comfortable. The dental staff are so much fun. They are patient and resourceful when it comes to cleaning the teeth of wiggly, chatty, anxious kids. The front desk staff are helpful. They are always one step ahead of me and prepared for all my questions.
